As you can see from this picture taken from the worms head hotel, Rhossili, it is pretty much dead flat at the Rhossili village end of the bay beneath the 200ft cliff.
The waves over at Llangennith are bigger, more powerful and better for learning to surf. Also you won't have to walk down and then back up the 200ft cliff at Llangennith!
I'm feeling a bit delecate this morning after a hard days night. No worries though because Surfing lessons at Rhossili bay are a perfect hangover cure...
We're off to the beach now to take a small group of really nice people for surfing lessons at Llangennith in the lovely sunshine.
