We had the pleasure of meeting Annie this Easter weekend. She had been stuck in the same rut with her surfing for sometime and really just wanted some help, support and guidense.
I took her for a 1-2-1 session and was able to look closely at exactly what she was doing. We worked on the things that she really wanted to improve on. In Annie's case she really wanted to 'paddle out back'
Dan Williams is the only level 3 BSA surf instructor qualified and willing enough to do paddle out sessions on Gower.
I was actually able to paddle behind her and push her out through the waves, giving her a helping hand.
By the end of the session she had paddled out, caught lot's of waves and best of all she actually managed to ride across a 'green unbroken wave' magic! Annie is Stocked after her 1-2-1 session she said: "Money well spent I recon"
As is often the case in our line of work, she couldn't thank me enough!
